About the Company My client is a well-established civil construction contractor with a strong reputation for quality asphalt, pavement and roading delivery across the Waikato. The Opportunity You'll manage multiple projects from award through to completion - overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and crews to ensure safe, efficient delivery. This is a role for a practical leader who thrives on building relationships and getting projects over the line.

What You'll Bring
8+ years' experience in civil construction, roading or asphalt project management
Strong grasp of NZS 3910 contracts and local authority standards
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and subcontractors
Commitment to safety, quality and client satisfaction
Full NZ driver's licence
