About the Role We are seeking an experienced app-based Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects using mobile and web-based platforms. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project delivery through app-driven tools, ensuring seamless collaboration, real-time progress tracking, and efficient resource allocation. You will be responsible for defining project scope, setting timelines, monitoring milestones, and mitigating risks while leveraging digital solutions to optimise workflows. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organised, and skilled in agile methodologies, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, app-centric environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Senior ICT Leadership – Over 10 years’ proven experience in senior ICT management, leading digital teams in large, complex organisations.
  • People & Team Management – Strong leadership in managing technical teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
  • Strategic Delivery – Track record of contributing to major projects and delivering measurable business benefits.
  • Commercial & Financial Acumen – Skilled in financial management, procurement, budget oversight, and supplier contract management.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Skills – Excellent communication, relationship-building, and the ability to influence and manage expectations, including having difficult conversations when required.
  • Industry Knowledge & Customer Focus – Strong customer orientation with awareness of digital trends and their impact on business and tertiary education sectors.
