The role
You’ll take ownership of civil infrastructure projects, managing programme, cost, quality, and people. You’ll work closely with site supervisors, clients, and engineers to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing civil projects from tender award through to completion
- Programming works and coordinating labour, plant, and subcontractors
- forecasting, variations, and cost control
- Leading site teams and supporting supervisors
- Client, consultant, and stakeholder liaison
- Ensuring health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Driving practical problem-solving and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Strong background in water, wastewater, or pipeline works (preferred) but not critical.
- Solid understanding of contracts, programmes, and cost control
- Clear communicator who earns respect on site and in meetings
- Organised, decisive, and comfortable owning outcomes
