We've partnered with a growing residential construction firm entering a critical next phase, with multiple projects ($2M - $15M) coming online in the new financial year. They're now looking to bring a pricing wiz into the fold to support delivery and help drive these exciting projects forward.

Role:

These guys operate in the high-end residential space, constructing low-medium density homes and developments. With a small, tight-knit team who are all on the same wave length, it's truly important that the next person who steps in is a great QS, but an even better culture fit. The team works hard, and has plenty of fun and laughs while doing it.

With the recent and upcoming growth, they're after an energetic and enthusiastic person to step in and take the bull by the horns. Someone with initiative, ambition, and someone who has had exposure to the wider QS lifecycle, including estimation. This role would also suit a construction company owner or savvy builder who knows what their doing in the estimation and pricing space.

Their office is based just below the city centre, with plenty of free parking, and they can't wait to have their new team member step in! What we are looking for:

• 4+ years experience in a QS role (residential or commercial)
• Capable of take offs and analysing quotes to a high level
• Confident managing budgets and subcontractor packages
• Comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting to be told
• Tech-savvy and organised
• Most importantly: great banter, low ego, team-first attitude
