Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
*Provide thorough and professional written submissions to our varied client base.
*Prepare and maintain project specific programmes.
*Prepare project specific SSSPs.
*Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to ensure project viability.
*Monitor project expenses and manage financial reporting.
*Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize costs.
*Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
*Must have a good and strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
*Tertiary qualification or similar in Quantity Surveying, or related field.
*Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
*Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
*Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
