STMS Cat A/B

Traffix is a leading Traffic Management Company based in West Auckland servicing the greater Auckland Region. Due to the increased demand for our services we wish to employ additional Site Traffic Management Specialists.

Applicants MUST have the following:

• STMS experience cat A/B, a current STMS ticket or Unit Standard
• A current NZ drivers license - Class 1F minimum
• Prefer Class 2F license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment and ongoing drug & alcohol tests - this is NOT NEGOTIABLE and will be strictly monitored on a monthly basis
• Prefer candidates with experience running sites in the Utilities service industry ie Power, Water, Gas, Telco
• Willing to work long hours and do nightshift if required
• A great work ethic and a positive attitude
• Empathy and willingness to work with and communicate with people from all walks of life, keep calm and keep level headed, polite and professional. We provide de-escalation training, site mentorship and clear communication

Wages from $30-$40/hour depending on experience and calibre of applicant. Company vehicle negotiable after 3 months for the right person depending on circumstances. We run on MyTTM as our job management system. Each STMS is issued with tablet and is responsible for their digital paperwork. We have on-call allowances available for those wanting to go the extra mile and earn income above average in the industry. Our yard is located in Patiki Road, Avondale, with direct Motorway on/off ramp access making it quick and easy to get to/from the yard and to/from site. FR PPE provided as per our clients requirements
