As our STMS, you’ll be responsible for supervising temporary traffic management setups, ensuring sites meet all CoPTTM/NZGTTM requirements, and supporting both our own civil team and external clients. You’ll run safe, smooth, professional setups — and you’ll be backed by a company that truly values high-quality TTM. -Lead and oversee TTM setups -Ensure all works are carried out safely and to standard -Pre-start site checks, hazard ID, and documentation -Communicate clearly with teams, clients, and the public -Operate TM trucks, signs, cones, and portable traffic lights -Support TMP implementation and job planning -Maintain a strong safety culture across all sites What we're looking for: -Current STMS qualification (any category; L1 essential) -Solid practical experience on active worksites -Strong communication and leadership skills -A knack for problem-solving on live road environments -A great attitude and commitment to safe work -Reliability and professionalism -Must be based on Banks Peninsula or Christchurch, or able to travel reliably to both (transport from Tai Tapu provided)
