What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the setup, monitoring, and pack-down of temporary traffic management sites
- Supervise TCs, TTM Workers, and TMOs
- Complete documentation accurately using our digital systems
- Maintain vehicles and equipment to a high standard
- Build positive relationships with clients and contractors
- Install/remove traffic lights, VMS boards, and light towers
What We Offer:
- $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week + overtime opportunities
- Night shift and weekend allowances

What We’re Looking For:
- Class 2 driver’s licence
- STMS Cat A & B (preferred) or relevant unit standards
- 2+ years traffic management experience
- Ability to read and interpret TMPs and diagrams
- Strong communication and safety focus
- First Aid (advantageous)
- Physically fit and reliable
