Based out of our Christchurch branch, we have multiple permanent, full time opportunities available for experienced STMS' at all levels as well as TTM Workers (Traffic Controllers). With work in and around Christchurch as well as all over the South Island, travel around our beautiful countryside can be expected from time to time.

We're looking for STMS candidates who take pride in going the extra mile, those who stay a step ahead, take ownership of their role, and don’t just tick the boxes.

As an STMS, you will be responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and effective temporary traffic management on work sites.

In return you must have/be:

TTM Workers: -If you hold a full class 1 licence and have a great attitude - we want to hear from you!

STMS:

• A strong understanding of TTM and TMPs, with the ability to confidently follow plans and escalate changes when required.
• An effective team leader who supports, supervises, and helps the team on site thrive
• A STMS qualification (Cat A/B or C ) with at least 6 months experience on the roads
• Full class 1 driver licence, class 2 preferred
• A positive can-do attitude (the most important bit)
• Flexible and willing to work a mixture of days, nights, weekends and away work in our busy season
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug test
