Cat A/B STMS Operator & Labourer

EQUIP is seeking a Cat A/B STMS Operator & Labourer for an upcoming copper removal project in Wellington.

This is a hands-on hybrid role, combining traffic management responsibilities with physical labouring tasks. You'll be part of a small, safety-focused team working across active sites.

Duties Include

• Carrying out STMS duties in line with site requirements
• Assisting with copper cable removal and hauling
• Maintaining a safe and compliant worksite
• Supporting team operations and following site instructions
• General labouring and equipment use as required

What We're Looking For

• Cat A or B STMS qualification (preferred)
• Previous traffic management or civil labouring experienc
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable with strong work ethic and attendance
• Able to adapt between STMS and labouring tasks
• Class 4 licence advantageous
