Key Responsibilities
As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), your role will include:
Establishing and organizing work sites Efficient site management Supervising small teams including Temporary Traffic Management Workers (TTMW), Traffic Management Operatives (TMO) and Pilot Drivers Reporting on job progress Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
We require individuals who can think on their feet and offer effective solutions to resolve traffic-related challenges on-site. Strong interpersonal skills are imperative for building positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

About You
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
Strong leadership Punctuality and reliability Excellent communication skills STMS certification (existing warrant card or relevant NZQA unit standards) A strong commitment to Health and Safety A full Class 1 driver's license (Class 2 would be advantageous) Must have experience in a similar role and be able to pass a drug test
