Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS)

About the role: At ElectroNet, we prioritise the safety and wellbeing of our team above all else. As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), you’ll play a key role in keeping our crews, road users, and the public safe while work is underway.

This is a practical, on site role where you’ll:

• Set up, monitor, and manage traffic control on active work sites
• Carry out regular site and traffic checks
• Work closely with field crews to keep work moving safely and efficiently
• Step in and take charge when conditions change
• Assist with general labouring tasks when required
• Assist with installation and maintenance of electrical lines and equipment.
• Participate in on-call roster

You’ll be trusted to make good calls on site and be a steady presence when things get busy.

What we’re looking for You’ll ideally bring:

• STMS certification
• Class 1 and Class 2 Driver Licence
• A background in manual labouring or civil / contracting environments
• Confidence reading and working from plans
• Willingness to travel and work away at remote sites when required
• A practical, safety first mindset and the ability to step up on site.
