  • Lead Improvement projects
  • Engage and partner with the relevant BU to scope, test and implement the improvement across our national store network
  • Hybrid work conditions - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home

About the Role | Mo te Turanga

  • Lead exciting projects that deliver effeciency for our operational teams
  • Identify and prioritisze store pain points to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build relationships with Smart Enablement, Property and Group 360 to scope and identify NZ-specific projects.
  • Develop business cases with requirements, costs, and benefits for executive approval.
  • Partner with the Capacity Planning team to ensure a robust deployment plan for change initiatives.
  • Manage continuous improvement by collecting store feedback and centrally governing processes
  • Work with Internal Communications to ensure clear operational project messaging

About You | Mou

  • Extensive experience in a retail environment
  • Experience in identifying, mapping, documenting, and implementing process improvements
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from initiation to completion and facilitating sessions with business leaders and operational teams
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs using face to face and virtual facilitation techniques.
  • Experience in analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
