The Role

We're expanding our team and seeking an exceptional Client Support & Personal Assistant to join our growing business. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our company owner while supporting our valued business clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Handle outgoing and incoming support calls/emails
  • Client Training: Providing comprehensive client training
  • Subscription Administration: Manage client subscription renewals and payments
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and perform data entry tasks
  • Personal Assistant Duties: Support the owner with various administrative tasks

Position Details

  • Position: Self-employed contractor
  • Hours: 20 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM (school hours friendly)
  • Location: Work from home anywhere in New Zealand
  • Start Date: Immediate start preferred
  • Reporting: Direct reporting to the company owner
  • Immediate Start

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B client support experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with appointment scheduling tools and CRM software
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Reliable home office setup with computer, internet access, and quiet workspace
