Customer Service & Filter Direct Marketer – Full Time

At HRV Northland, we’re all about looking after our customers long after installation. We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service & Filter Direct Marketer who will take ownership of booking appointments, filling technician diaries, and delivering excellent customer service over the phone.
This is a busy, service-first role where your main goal is to ensure our customer service technicians’ diaries are full and running smoothly. You’ll be handling inbound calls while proactively contacting existing customers to book filter replacements and maintenance services — so strong multitasking skills are essential.
The Core of the Role
*Booking appointments for customer service technicians
*Being accountable for filling and managing technician diaries
*Ensuring customers are booked in at the right time for filters and servicing
What You’ll Be Doing
*Calling existing customers to book filter replacements and scheduled maintenance
*Answering inbound customer service calls and responding to enquiries
*Managing and adjusting technician schedules as needed
*Maintaining accurate customer and appointment records in the CRM
*Providing clear, friendly, and professional customer support
*Identifying genuine opportunities to upgrade systems where appropriate and passing these on
*Multitasking effectively in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
What We’re Looking For
*Strong customer service skills with a confident phone manner
*Highly organised with great attention to detail
*Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy role
*Comfortable using CRM systems, Outlook, and Excel
*Call center, customer service, scheduling, or outbound calling experience preferred
*Positive, professional, and results-focused
