Asset Management Network Ltd (AMN) is a Seaview, Lower Hutt based company, specialising in the job management of insurance glass claims.
AMN deals with thousands of commercial, house building, and auto glazing jobs every week across New Zealand and now Australia.
Our Customer Service Champions receive calls/referrals from various sources, allocate the jobs to the appropriate glazier, and ensure compliance with our high service levels.
We are not your average call centre as we manage jobs from beginning to the end, including accurate checking and data entry of supplier quotes, purchases, and customer sale information, providing plenty of variety.
As an integral member of our team, you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Good all-around office experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
- Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, numeracy and computation skills
- Clear phone manners and good diction
- Good written communication
- Immediate start desirable (but not essential)
Our current operating hours are:
- Mondays - Fridays, between 1.30pm – 10.00pm, or 12.30pm – 9.00pm (Daylight savings)
Your standard work hours will be 40 hours per week, eight hours per day and is nearly 100% working from home. We work on a no-surprises basis and will ensure you know your scheduled shifts well in advance.
