Our thriving Lower Hutt based client is looking for customer service super stars to join their productive, successful and very busy Call Centre team.
These are permanent positions with rostered hours across Monday to Sunday, between 6am and 11pm. Your shift will include 3 weekdays, 1 evening and 1 weekend shift.
Key duties in the role:
- Ensuring all service calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Accurate and efficiently inputting orders into the system.
- Contacting customers regarding issues/shortages of stock.
- Prompt response to emails.
- Administration as required.
Competencies required:
- Ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Good command of the english language
- A focused and calm manner.
- Confident data entry
- Strong problem-solving techniques.
- A proactive, motivated 'can do' attitude.
- Confident data entry (this will be assessed)
- Reliable and honest with a strong level of integrity.
- Reliable transport
