We are a reputable family-owned franchise company seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Key Account Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with valued clients.
The successful candidate will be highly adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key attributes include exceptional communication skills, proficient computer literacy, acute attention to detail, a polished personal presentation, exemplary organisational abilities, and a steadfast work ethic. Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and key account management acquired through prior work experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with franchisees and clients Oversee and manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention Provide exemplary customer service and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and exceed client expectations Maintain meticulous records and reports related to account management
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to the role Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards Impeccable personal presentation reflecting professionalism Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to responsibilities Demonstrated experience in customer service and key account management
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 40 hours per week
Salary Range:
$80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per annum, commensurate with experience
