Description
We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Facilities Coordinator who is confident working at night and enjoys a hands-on role. You’ll need a full, clean NZ driver’s licence and the ability to travel between venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive to sites and meet venue users
- Manage access: opening and securing buildings
- Complete basic venue checks and respond to issues or incidents
- Escalate and report security, maintenance, or customer concerns in line with process
- Organise and assist with stock management in the warehouse
- Help move equipment and set up venues (e.g., furniture, posters)
- Liaise with contractors and coordinate maintenance requests (e.g., electricians, plumbers)
Role Details
- Hours will be variable week to week, so flexibility and availability at short notice are essential. You will need to be available to work rostered hours between 6am and midnight across 7 days.
- Engagement: Three-month assignment
- Hours: Will vary dependant on the need, minimum 30 hours per week.
- Environment: On-the-road office, working across multiple venues
What We’re Looking For
- Full, clean NZ driver’s licence (required)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation ability
- Ability to work independently and resolve complaints professionally
- Previous experience in facilities or venue coordination is beneficial
