This is a permanent part-time role, working 24 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

  • Welcoming customers and processing vehicle and driver-related transactions
  • Identifying customer needs and offering relevant AA products and services
  • Handling customer requests and problem-solving with professionalism
  • Maintaining accurate records and transaction processing
  • Supporting your team to meet service targets and deliver a great customer experience
  • Promoting safe work practices and keeping the workplace tidy and efficient

About You | Mōu

  • Previous customer service or sales experience (motor industry experience a bonus!)
  • Strong attention to detail and well-organised
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
  • Good computer and keyboard skills (intermediate level)
  • NCEA Level 1 (or equivalent)
  • A team player who enjoys helping others
