Description
TCL Apparelmaster provides industrial garment rental and linen rental across the Bay of Plenty and the Coromandel. You will be sizing customers for workwear garments and providing stock by product install and account set up. Some sales experience preferrable.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Account Manger to excellent verbal and written communication and proactive attitude skills to join our team. You will be required to work Monday to Friday. This is a permanent, full-time role. Understanding of factory process is essential to build strong customer relationships. You need to be physically fit, work independently and with the team in order to maintain customer satisfaction. IT skills in Excel, Word and MS Office essential. Training will be provided for on-site software.
*You must be over the age of 25 years (for insurances purposes) *Possess a clean drivers license *Able to prioritise customer requests and orders to ensure customer satisfaction *Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are essential *Ability to work independently and within our workwear team
You will be provided your own work vehicle for customer sites visits and enquiries.
