Customer Service Plus Some Hands On

Workshop dog Annie needs a hand to find a great customer service person to join us. Could this be you?

Hawkes Bay Autoglass is a family owned company and we pride ourselves on really looking after our customers and doing a quality job. We look after everything from simple stone chips, through replacing car windscreens to truck and heavy machinery glass. Most of the work is done on customer sites around the beautiful Hawkes Bay.

This is a pivotal role in the company looking after customer inquiries, managing bookings and the workflow schedule based in our Onekawa workshop so being able to relate well with people and attention to detail is very important. The hands on part is occasionally helping the guys in the workshop or on site and delivering customers light vehicles. (Cars etc)

Hours are ideally 8am – 2pm Mon – Fri with occasional full days to cover people.
