Service and Parts Advisor

We are on the lookout for someone to help us continue to grow and provide the Horowhenua with great motoring opportunities and experiences.

That's where you come in. You will have the experience, the personality and a multitude of skill sets.

This role will initially and predominantly be as a Service Advisor - ensuring our customers are booked in, greeted, well communicated with and looked after when servicing their vehicles. Over time training will be given to support our Parts Advisor with the parts and accessory ordering and customer support as well. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a thorough understanding and be a key team member in these areas of our business.

For this busy and dynamic role, you'll need;

• to be incredibly customer-centric
• the ability to multi-task, prioritise and to show real initiative within our busy Service and Parts teams
• the capacity to learn and retain information - there's a lot to learn but great training and support is part of the package
• an excellent customer-facing attitude all the time, especially when the busy times hit!
• a welcoming phone manner to help us with the incoming calls as well as generate our future bookings
• an eye for accuracy to ensure all our data is up to date and cleansed as well as stock correct and ordered
• solid I.T./computer skills and the ability to learn on the go
• to be able to confidently greet every customer and ensure their experience at TRC Toyota is an exceptional one
• to be a superb communicator and willing support our several busy departments
