Description
No, you won't be washing the cars! - We have machines that do that.
We've built something special at The Wash Club Nelson and we’re looking for a casual team member who’ll keep customers happy today and grow with our rapidly expanding business.
What you’ll do
- Welcome customers, solve little problems on the spot, and make every visit feel easy
- Keep bays and site sparkling, restock, and follow our tidy standards
- Learn to run our modern wash systems (we’ll train you) and do simple checks (hoses, filters, nozzles)
- Open/close routines, safety checks, and pitch in wherever the crew needs
- Work one weekend day (rostered)
About you
- You’ve got customer service experience and love turning moments into great experiences
- Practical thinker—comfortable around tools/machinery basics (or curious to learn)
- Calm, reliable, team-first; you bring good energy and keep it drama-free
- Happy working on your feet and outdoors
