ABOUT THE ROLE - NGĀ ĀHUATANGA O TE TŪRANGA

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful community outcomes district wide, and work alongside a high-performing, supportive team. You'll be at the heart of Council operations - helping shape the customer experience and the efficiency of our internal services.

In this hybrid position you will act as the first point of contact (via any of our customer experience touch points) for our community and visitors alike, providing comprehensive, objective, and accurate information regarding what we do and what makes our district such a special place to be. Additionally, you will collaborate with our internal customers to provide high-quality, efficient support enabling them to do what they do best. You'll deliver technical and administrative support, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and actively contributing to continuous process improvement.
