Description
Our client EnviroNZ are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Weighbridge Operator to join their team in Turangi. This is a part time, Saturday only position, offering an 8-hour shift. You will be the first point of contact for customers entering the site, playing a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately operate the weighbridge system for incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Process payments using EFTPOS
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
- Provide clear instructions to customers regarding site procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Communicate effectively with site staff to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable attitude
- Confidence in handling EFTPOS transactions
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and stay organised
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills (training provided for site systems)
