A bit about the role…
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Customer Service Superstar to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by using your product knowledge to answer queries and support purchasing decisions
- Communicating professionally with both customers and team members
- Thinking on your feet and offer innovative, customer-focused solutions
- Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with returns, complaints, and general account queries
The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to work at a fast pace.
In addition, we are ideally seeking someone who:
- Has a strong work ethic,
- Is passionate about creating a positive customer experience,
- Has a positive can do attitude,
- Able to use your initiative,
- Take ownership of tasks, and;
- Is dependable, reliable and flexible.
You will need a good level of physical fitness, as you will be on your feet during the day.
This role is a full-time position, rostered Tuesday - Saturday.
