About The Role We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our Auckland site. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the delivery of our Customer Experience Strategy and manage customer and consumer complaints with professionalism and accuracy. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Manage domestic and export orders, ensuring timely responses to customer enquiries
- Receive and manage inbound customer complaint calls and support investigation processes with Quality teams
- Conduct customer follow-ups to obtain required information and ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Handle inbound calls and complete proactive outreach to new or potential customers
- Maintain accurate customer account details and documentation within internal systems, including SharePoint
- Process purchase orders, credits and invoicing requirements in coordination with Finance and Distribution Centres
- Manage retail portal invoicing and issue resolution for key customers (e.g., Woolworths, Costco), including support for EDI automation
- Support complaint reporting and follow-up activity, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Support logistics and customer account processes, including documentation, invoicing, order coordination and setting up new accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet service standards, drive continuous improvement and support wider customer service functions

Your empathy, attention to detail and problem-solving skills will enable success in the role. Experience within the food manufacturing industry is beneficial.
