We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our busy party and event hire business in Rotorua.
This part-time role is a mix of customer service, admin, and physical work. You’ll be answering phone and email enquiries, taking bookings, processing payments (cash and EFTPOS), and entering hire orders into our computer system. You’ll also help prepare orders for collection or delivery, including packing, cleaning equipment (chairs, tables, dishes, bouncy castles, etc.), and assisting with loading and unloading.
Rostered hours between 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday / 9.00am – 12.00pm Saturdays (as required)
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Is reliable, practical, and a good team fit
- Is comfortable with manual work and physical tasks
- Has good customer service and communication skills
- Can use a computer and learn our hire system
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or hire services is an advantage, but training will be provided.
