Checkout Superstar – Join Our Team
Brookfield New World is looking for a Checkout Superstar to join our dynamic team and help deliver our well-known customer-focused checkout service.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Experience in customer service or staff supervision is preferred, but not essential.

Key responsibilitiesYour duties will include:
- Serving customers efficiently at the checkout
- Ensuring the appropriate number of checkouts are open at busy times
- Monitoring the security of the checkout area
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Supporting checkout staff and maintaining a positive team environment
- Ensuring the checkout experience is fast, friendly, and efficient
Additional informationHolding a Liquor License would be an advantage, but it is not required as this can be obtained later.
