We’re on the hunt for a switched-on Customer Service Officer to support a busy, high-performing team. If you love helping people, enjoy working with systems, and are confident juggling multiple tasks, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Handle customer calls & emails
- Input and process orders accurately
- Keep customer data up-to-date
- Solve problems and follow up queries
- Support the team with day-to-day admin
What you’ll bring:
- Customer service experience — essential
- Confidence using multiple systems
- Strong order entry & data entry skills
- Great communication and accuracy
- A positive, can-do attitude
