Little Guys, located on the beautiful Guy family farm in Karaka, South Auckland, is on the lookout for a Teacher in Training or Unqualified ECE Teacher, as well as qualified and unqualified relievers to join our extended team.

At Little Guys, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care and education in a setting that truly feels like home. With lower-than-ministry teacher-to-child ratios, our teachers have the time and space to build meaningful relationships and support each child’s learning journey. Our rural, farm-based environment offers endless opportunities for exploration, confidence-building, and curiosity through nature-based play.

What We’re Looking For

• An ECE Teacher in Training (working towards a 3-year degree) or an unqualified ECE teacher
• Qualified and unqualified relievers available on an on-call, as-needed basis
• A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
• A positive team player who values collaboration
• A passion for providing high-quality care and education for tamariki
• A commitment to fostering a love of learning through play and exploration
