Little Guys Learning, located on the beautiful Guy family farm in Karaka, South Auckland, is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Teacher to join our leadership team.

At Little Guys, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality care and education with lower-than-Ministry ratios, allowing teachers the time and support to build genuine relationships with tamariki and provide meaningful learning experiences. Our unique rural setting encourages exploration, confidence, curiosity, and connection with nature in a safe and engaging environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A fully qualified and registered ECE teacher with current NZ teacher registration
• Previous leadership experience in an early childhood setting
• A confident and positive leader who can inspire and support their team
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for providing exceptional care and education for tamariki
• A strong understanding of Te Whāriki and child-led learning approaches
• Someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and creating a positive centre culture
• A commitment to fostering a love of learning through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions
