About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our energetic, fun-loving team. Our purpose-built indoor environments are thoughtfully designed to support the learning and development of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers, with high-quality resources that inspire curiosity, creativity, and exploration. This role plays an important part in bringing our philosophy to life: “Adore the birds with feathers so that they may soar.”

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week (mostly 9 - 3.30 though hours may vary)
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, nurturing care and meaningful learning experiences for our tamariki
- Contribute positively to our vibrant and collaborative centre culture
- Support child-led, play-based learning that encourages curiosity and creativity
- Build respectful, empathetic relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues
- Support across classrooms and staff breaks when required
What You'll Bring
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Experience caring for children under five (ECE qualifications not required)
- A flexible, team-focused approach with the ability to take initiative and follow guidance
