Building respectful, professional relationships with parents and whānau

Leading and supporting a collaborative, high-performing teaching team

Upholding health, safety, and compliance requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Calm, professional, and values-driven leadership style

Confident managing people, processes, and priorities

Willing to participate in a trial period to ensure mutual fit
