Our Team Leader will:- Have a sound knowledge of our Local Curriculum and a strong focus on inclusiveness, as well as a hands-on approach to working with tamariki. Value Bambino's visions and values, and understand the impact we have on our future citizens of Aotearoa.
To be successful in this position, you must
*Hold a B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification *Have a strong understanding of programme planning and assessment, particularly individual learning plans and internal evaluation *Have very good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard *Have a passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality *Be ready for personal growth *Be creative with the ability to create exciting and intriguing provocations that extend on our tamariki's learning *Be good at building genuine and strong relationships with children, families and team members. *IT knowledge would be a great advantage
