West Auckland, New Zealand Centres: Te Puna Kelston, Paramount Grove, Henderson, Arawa St ELC, New Lynn (sister centres)
We are seeking experienced, reflective, and passionate Early Childhood Teachers to join our sister centres in West Auckland. These roles are for teachers who can lead, mentor, and inspire teams, while helping to strengthen a Reggio Emilia–inspired pedagogical approach across our services.
Our ideal teachers are highly skilled, fun, and growth-oriented, with a strong commitment to high-quality practice, compliance, and internal evaluation. You will play a key role in shaping learning environments, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement across our centres.

Provisionally registered teachers are welcome to apply where they can clearly demonstrate: -Depth of teaching practice beyond initial training -Prior exposure to internal evaluation and reflective self-review -Strong understanding of Reggio Emilia–inspired pedagogy -Consistent, confident application of compliance requirements in daily practice -Experience contributing to, or supporting, quality improvement within a teaching team
Who We Are Looking For:
You will thrive in this role if you can demonstrate:
-Recognised ECE teaching qualification (Level 7 or higher) -Current NZ Teaching Council registration -Experience in Reggio Emilia–inspired pedagogy, including: -Environment as the third teacher -Emergent curriculum and intentional project-based learning -High-quality pedagogical documentation and learning stories showing progression -Ability to lead and contribute to internal evaluations and reflective self-review across centres
Proven strength in following and modelling compliance, including:
-Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008 -Licensing criteria, ratios, supervision, and health & safety -Maintaining accurate, ERO-ready documentation and systems -Identifying and managing compliance risks in day-to-day practice -Experience in mentoring, guiding, and modelling high-quality practice to teaching teams -Engagement in the Professional Growth Cycle (PGC) and reflective professional dialogue -Strong understanding of Te Whāriki and Kōwhiti Whakapae -Confidence working with diverse children, whānau, and teaching teams

Experienced ECE Centre Administrator – Full Time (37.5 hrs/week) Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm (37.5 hours/week) Please apply only if you have ECE centre admin experience.
We’re also looking for a flexible, bubbly, and professional Centre Administrator with at least 1 year of experience in an ECE setting. Every day is different – you could be supporting classrooms, the kitchen, families, or our sister centres in Kelston and Henderson, so a can-do, growth mindset attitude is a must!
You’ll be the welcoming face of our centre and support families, staff, and managers with:
-Enrolments and account management -Compliance-related duties (e.g., licensing documentation, attendance, reporting, RS7 funding) -Assisting sister centres across locations
You’ll need to be highly organised, confident using Discover or similar systems, and welcoming and professional when working with children, families, and teams.
