About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Centre Administrator to be the welcoming face of our centre. This permanent fulltime role (40 hours per week) involves supporting whānau, managing enrolments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls and responding to enquiries
- Supporting new family enrolments
- Managing accounts, invoicing, and direct debits
- Data entry, filing, and general administration
- Assisting in classrooms when required

- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Well organised and able to meet deadlines
- Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player
- Comfortable with accounts and problem-solving
