Together with whānau, we build the foundations of learning and empower tamariki to explore their innate curiosity and thrive as capable, competent learners. We nurture a holistic approach to wellbeing through the four pillars of tinana (physical), wairua (spirit), whānau (family), and hinengaro (emotional) support, with a strong foundation in whenua (land). Our centre is conveniently located in the heart of the Arataki community and we value our strong community partnerships with local schools and businesses.
This is a permanent part-time position working 25 hours per week.
About the Role:
- First point of contact for whānau and visitors
- Supporting enrolments and enquiries
- Managing accounts, invoicing, and data entry
- General administration and record keeping
- Occasional support in classrooms
About You
- Friendly, professional, and approachable
- Organised and reliable with great attention to detail
- Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems
- Comfortable with accounts and problem-solving
- A genuine team player
