The position:
- Permanent, full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
- ECE qualified and registered Teacher with a current NZ provisional or full practising certificate
- Kaiako working with tamariki aged 3 to 5 years old
- Working alongside and supporting the Centre Director in the daily running of the centre
- Nurturing your team’s potential through care, mentoring and empowerment
- Flexible duties depending on the centres needs including overseeing the centre when required
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite
Leadership experience is essential in this dual role. You will have excellent customer service skills and be flexible and adaptable with a growth mindset. When we meet you, be prepared to tell us about your leadership experience.
