We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced ECE teachers who are either established Head Teachers or ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
We have recently opened a beautiful new centre in Casebrook, located opposite Tullet Park. With enrolments continuing to grow, we are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team in a leadership capacity.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and supportive environment, ensuring the well-being of each child.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow an engaging and age-appropriate curriculum to foster a love for learning.
- Conduct developmental assessments and maintain detailed records of each child's progress.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute enriching activities and events.
- Act as a person responsible for the centre, as directed.
What We’re Looking For:
- We're seeking a registered teacher to step into a new leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Applications will be prioritised in our 0–2 and 2–3 year old classrooms; however, we are accepting expressions of interest across all age groups.
- We are a Montessori Preschool and as such, this opportunity will suit people who are either experienced in, or interested in learning about, the Montessori philosophy of teaching.
- Ability to work across a Monday to Friday roster, 35-40 hours per week.
- Successful applicants will have the legal right to work in New Zealand. We are not currently providing visa sponsorship opportunities to offshore applicants.
