About the Role:
We are looking for a capable, enthusiastic Teacher in Training to support tamariki across our Villa learning spaces. You should be:
- Currently enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor programme, ideally in your 3rd year
- Passionate about teaching young children and committed to child-led learning
- A strong team player, ready to contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment
This is a permanent role, 30–37 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Hours are flexible for the right candidate.

Role Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor programme
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum and planning
- Knowledge of current ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and compliance requirements
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in teaching practices
- Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences
