Twizel Early Learning Centre is a warm, community based centre offering high quality, relationship focused care for tamariki aged 3 months to 6 years. We're seeking a Centre Manager who brings strong leadership, a passion for quality, and a genuine commitment to whanau and community.
This role offers flexible hours, from 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on your needs.

Your Leadership Role:
- Inspire and guide a caring team of kaiako
- Build strong, respectful relationships with tamariki, whanau and staff
- Champion high quality teaching, planning and curriculum
- Support kaiako through coaching, reflection and development
- Ensure compliance and smooth, effective centre operations
- Lead with clarity, purpose and kindness each day
What You'll Bring:
- Level 7 ECE qualification
- Current NZ Teaching Certificate
- Leadership experience (Centre Manager or Head Teacher ideal)
- Strong knowledge of Te Whariki & ECE regulations
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive practice
- Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills
