NZ Certified and ECE Preschool Kaiako

We are seeking a passionate and proactive full-time (40 hours per week) Kaiako to join our team, as our whanau continue with kaiako heading off on Maternity Leave.

We are located in Foxton Beach, we are a warm and welcoming early learning service offering four learning environments designed to support age-appropriate learning. We are proud of our inquisitive tamariki and the strong partnerships we build with whānau to support each child’s individual learning journey.

We are well resourced and supported, offering:

-A generous budget for resources, art, stationery, and consumables -Ongoing PLD opportunities, with encouragement to pursue your own interests, including paid time and course fees -Full Pay Parity -Regular non-contact time each week, plus additional time for evaluation and programme planning -Paid staff hui (each week) and paid whānau evenings (four per year) -A robust PGC cycle supported by our Centre Manager, alongside daily guidance from our Head Kaiako and Room Leaders.

We are looking for a nurturing, fun, and enthusiastic Kaiako who enjoys thinking outside the box to create meaningful learning provocations and values building strong, respectful partnerships with tamariki and whānau.
