We are seeking a capable 2IC / Team Leader to help lead our team during this phase of growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire the toddler teaching team
- Build meaningful relationships with tamariki and whānau
- Integrate Kaupapa Māori and Pasifika practices into the programme
- Work alongside the Centre Manager in daily operations and leadership tasks
- Contribute to positive learning outcomes with a clear and thoughtful approach
- Manage priorities effectively and communicate with confidence
What You Bring:
- Level 7 ECE Qualification (Bachelor of Education or Grad Dip Teaching – ECE)
- Full NZ Teacher Registration
- At least 2 years’ experience in leadership and mentoring
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and team development

- Remains calm under pressure and prioritises effectively
- Shows initiative and accountability in daily practice
