Our organisation - Mo matou

With 27 Centres nationwide, we put emphasis on growing and supporting our own teams, providing staff with the tools and guidance to become successful in their role as well as being able to progress their career with us.

We believe in embracing the local whakapapa as our guiding curriculum. This is evident through our involvement with the community, our Te Tiriti based practice all while caring for our creative natural environment and ensuring that the tamariki are our priority.

Educare is an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate and value the individual identity of all of our team and we are committed to building an inclusive environment grounded in equity, diversity and respect. We build and nurture cultures of belonging where every member of our community feels affirmed and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and experiences.

Providing excellent care and education for tamariki in their early years is our priority, and we do so to encourage tamariki to develop meaningful foundation life skills while they are in our care. Learn Laugh and Play is who we are and is our founding statement; and we look forward to continuing this important kaupapa with our Educare teams now and into the future.
