This 6 month fixed term position, is available now and would suit a skilled, compassionate, and enthusiastic teacher with experience working in Early Childhood Education. The position has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. a qualified and registered Early Childhood teacher with experience working in ECE, are passionate and inclusive with diversity in all aspects looking for a change in your teaching journey, passionate about and committed to high quality education and care, an excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, kaiako, and our local community, a teacher looking to work 3-4 days per week Some of the things we offer at The Nest: a personalised Professional Development plan in alignment with your inquiry/ goals or interests a supportive and thorough mentoring programme both for provisionally and fully registered teachers a minimum of 2 hours non-contact per week regular mentor meetings and ongoing support fully funded first aid training subsidised childcare fees (if applicable) Full pay parity up to step 11. a supportive and motivating team environment, that celebrates individual and team success. flexibility with hours and days off to suit family commitments.
