We are currently seeking a permanent part-time Administrator to join our team, working 25–30 hours per week.
About the Role
As the friendly face of our centre, you will play a key role in supporting our tamariki, whānau, and teaching team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for whānau and visitors
- Supporting enrolments and managing enquiries
- Managing accounts, invoicing, and data entry
- General administration and record keeping
- Providing occasional support in classrooms as needed
About You

- Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, and other IT systems
- Comfortable working with accounts and problem-solving
