Description

Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a knack for logistics, systems, and customer service? Our client, a leading organisation in vocational education, is seeking a proactive and organised Resource Coordinator to join their Learning Solutions team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting learners and industry by ensuring the smooth distribution of learning resources across New Zealand.

About the Role As Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of distributing print and digital learning materials. You will maintain resource databases, liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensure that learners and customers receive the right resources on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resource distribution, ordering, and invoicing
  • Maintain and audit resource libraries and registers
  • Process orders via Smart TMS and other internal systems
  • Liaise with printers, developers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve resource-related queries
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute to cross-functional projects

What we are looking for

  • NCEA Level 3 or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years experience in records administration, version control, or resource coordination
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing distribution logistics
  • A bonus if you have: Familiarity with Smart TMS, quoting/invoicing, or vocational education
