Nanny

Position Title: Nanny Employer: Maintain Easy Limited Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours of Work: Minimum 30 hours and up to 40 hours per week, rostered between Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 7:00pm Location: Auckland and Waikato regions Hourly Rate: $29.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

About the Role Maintain Easy Limited is seeking a reliable and experienced Home-Based Childcare Nanny to provide care and supervision for children in a residential home setting. This is a permanent, full-time position offering guaranteed hours. We have a number of clients who have shown interest in hiring a permanent nanny and the role can be based just in one home or more than one home depending on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision of children in a safe home environment
• Assist with meal planning and preparation according to dietary requirements and preferences
• Support children with educational activities, homework, and age-appropriate learning tasks
• Organise recreational and developmental activities suitable for young children
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic home environment, including routine cleaning and laundry
• Entertain children
• Monitor children’s wellbeing and ensure their health and safety at all times
• Accompany children to appointments, school, or activities where required
• Maintain appropriate records and communicate effectively with parents or guardians

Minimum Requirements Applicants must meet one of the following:

• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in a similar childcare or nanny role, supported by verifiable references and experience certificates OR
• A qualification at NZQA Level 4 or above in Nanny, Early Childhood Education, or a related field

Additional Requirements

• Preferably hold a Full or Restricted Drivers Licence or the ability to gain one or hold a overseas equivalent licence
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
• Must be willing to undergo Police Vetting and background checks
